Minister of Student Ministries (Youth Pastor)
Responsibilities:
The Youth Pastor will include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
1. Shepherd and lead the Children and Student Ministries with a team of paid and lay leaders called by God to this life of service. (1 Peter 5:2)
2. Preach with grace and truth the Word of God while calling youth to a life of discipleship. (2 Tim 4:2).
3. Work with interns and volunteers to develop Sunday School and Wednesday evening services which glorify God and invite High School ages to worship in Spirit and Truth. (John 4:23
4. Motivate, inspire, and equip the youth(Eph 4) to utilize their God-given gifts for the building up of the body of Christ through various ministries, missions trips, worship, and other activities of the Church.
5. Able to cast vision related to the RMBC Youth Ministries and set goals to achieve that vision.

Qualifications:
  • Preference for a college graduate with 1-5 years of youth ministry experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Experience in conflict management and crisis intervention
  • Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information to diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute events and programs
  • Passion for working with youth and helping them grow spiritually
