Pastor Dennis leads the pastoral team and is the primary teaching pastor on staff. He has been with RMBC since August 1998
Colleen directs a dynamic children’s program from Nursery through 6th grade. Sunday School, Children’s Church, AWANA, Kingdom Kids Choir, summer Day Camp and Youth Camps are the ministries she coordinates. She has been serving in her role since January of 1998.
Pastor Marlin leads the adult education ministry as well as small group ministries. He routinely teaches discipleship, parenting and other seminars to equip people for service that fits their talents and gifts. He has been on staff since January of 2003.
Pastor Ray leads the caring ministries and shares the Sunday teaching ministries to the church. He directs the Deacon Ministry, Marriage Savers, and counseling services. Ray has been on staff since October of 2000.
Pastor Jason oversees the students from 7th grade up. He primarily coordinates activities and studies for the “Ignite” High School Group. He has been on staff since June of 2007.
Lee came on staff in August of 2008. He coordinates activities and studies for the “Gravity” Junior High Group.
Kathy served on the RMBC secretarial team over 15 years ago. In the spring of 2006 she rejoined the staff as Finance Clerk.
Glen joined the Staff in 2006 as the Church's Business Executive. Glen tends to the church Finances, Facilities, and Support staff to build the operational capacity of the church.
Sheila has happily served at RMBC since 1989. Her time, vast knowledge of RMBC and dedicated service makes her a valuable part of the RMBC team.
